  1. Marinate chicken with maida, cornflour, egg, salt, black pepper. Keep aside for 15 minute in the refrigerator & then deep fry the chicken till golden brown..
  2. In a kadhai add 2 tsp oil fry garlic, ginger, green chili & cashew nuts..
  3. Fry till golden brown & then add 1/2 cup water. When bubbles appear add red chilli powder, black pepper powder 1tsp, salt, green chilli sauce, tomato ketchup, soya sauce & sugar. Cook for 2 minutes..
  4. Add 1/2 cup water & add chicken. Cover & cook for 5 minute. Lastly, add spring onion leaves & serve hot..
